For many years, Ocean Choice has been providing scholarships to students attending local schools in each of the communities where our processing plants are located.

Every year several students are honored in Bonavista, St. Lawrence, Fortune, Triton and Port au Choix with scholarships to support their post-secondary studies. We work with the local schools who select the scholarship recipients based on academic achievement.

“As a company, we feel it is extremely important to support educational initiatives for the youth of our province,” said Blaine Sullivan, President, Ocean Choice. “By providing students with scholarships we are supporting the province’s future generation of leaders who will make positive contributions locally, nationally and internationally.”
